Dear valued customers’ this sales policy has been updated on 20th August 2020. Please be informed that our Online and Outlet sales policies are different. We request you to kindly take time reading our online sales policy below to understand our online sales scope and terms. This policy will only affect our online sales and under no circumstances will be applicable for any of our outlet sales.
We have expanded our online sales scope. As a result products under the following categories are now available for online store.
• Celebration Cake/Birthday Cake
• Pastry, Mousse
• Pound Cake/Plain Cake
• Yogurt
• Biscuit & Cookies
• Snack/Fast Food
• Bread & Bun
Our outlets however will continue regular sales of all products.
Online services are only available in Dhaka city.
Minimum order amount 200 Tk
Order Receive & Delivery
Online orders received from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on a day will be delivered next day. Orders received after 7:00 pm on a day will be delivered day after next day. However, we have started day to day delivery in a limited scale. Please call our hotline for confirmation in case you need a same day delivery or can send us an email. Someone from Kusum Confectionery will make a call and confirm all details with you after receiving an online order. Usually it takes 1 hrs to get a response.
“Self-Pick” form outlet is not available for online. All orders will be delivered to customers address directly from our kitchen. However, we do have a fixed delivery charges for this service.
A fixed delivery charge of Tk. 50.00Tk. 100.00 (taka fifty only) will be applicable for all home delivery.
Delivery free of cost is available for orders that amount to 1500 Tk or more.
Sold food items cannot be changed, returned or refunded.
We do not use cookies to store customer credit card credentials. Cookies are used only to store customer session & cart data. All cookie data are encrypted to make the system more secure.
We receive payments via SSLCOMMERZ, the first payment gateway in Bangladesh. Customers are able to pay for our products using local and international credit/debit cards like VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DBBL Nexus Card and Mobile Wallet or bank accounts through SSLCOMMERZ from our online store. The service provider utilizes standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which is used worldwide for securing data encryption.
